This is a used Automatic Transmission. It fits 99-00 Isuzu NPR and GM W Series. Please note if your transmission has a brown plug. These transmissions were behind a 4HE1 Engines. All units will be sold as used units and have been tested and deemed road worthy. We recommend that you change front and rear seals and flush transmission cooling system before installation.
