This is a used Isuzu 4BD2 4 Cylinder Turbo Diesel Engine. It will fit 1992-1998 (1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998) Isuzu NPR NQR and GMC W4 W5 W3500 W4500 W5500. We have cranked and tested the engine and deemed it road worthy. The engine is complete with turbo and injection pump. Engine does not include starter, alternator, power steering pump or A/C Compressor. We highly recommend replacing all cooling hoses and have the cooling system flushed before installation.
