This is a fleet maintained 4HE1 4 Cylinder Isuzu Diesel Engine. It fits 1999-04 Isuzu NPR NQR and GMC W4500 W3500 W5500. Mileage may vary. The engines are complete with turbo and injection pump. They do not include starter, alternator, power steering pump or A/C Compressor. These items are available used upon request for additional cost. We highly recommend replacing all cooling hoses and have the cooling system flushed before installation. These engines have been run and tested and deemed road worthy.
